Why attend TAP Dance 2013?
Travel Alliance Partners is a private corporation with the goal of increased revenues for all. Being in the audience of business owners changes the selling game and creates enhanced relationships. TAP Partners enter companies into preferred status very carefully to ensure each supplier can benefit from our programs. All companies that TAP selects are considered “preferred”, with some companies holding higher exposure than others based on commitment levels.
As Travel Alliance Partners has grown through the years, we have developed a series of unique programs with our annual convention, TAP Dance, known as the most innovative business meeting in our industry. To start with, the official TAP Dance invitations are exclusively provided by each of our 33 Partners and limited to the first 200 delegates who accept. The goal is to find travel professionals whose services and destinations are beneficial to the inviting Partner and their 33 TAP Partners, and for whom we can move market share. We are in the business to offer unique global tour product and want our offerings to always be fresh and exciting.
The business meetings are broken down into 25 minute appointments with up to five delegates in each pod. Pods are created based on regions around North America to bring actual tour program ideas to the TAP Partners in hopes of creating dynamic packages right at TAP Dance. Each TAP Partner is unique in their region and may offer tours on their own or through one of their Partners already selling the destination.
While it is work, we realize that a little fun must be thrown in to solidify the relationship. The relaxed atmosphere of the Dance creates stronger bonds as each delegate is able to meet with all Partners in either official meetings or one-on-one at the evening social events. We take advantage of every opportunity to create business, even in the meal functions, where we set 25 minutes aside for business.
